An enthusiastic young heroine and has a tendency to be loud and abrasive. She went so far as to impress Samaritan and maybe pave the way for her to join the Honor Guard. It was revealed that American Chibi was actually the fantasy of Marguerite Li, a heroic video game character come to life.
History[]

Powers and Abilities[]
- Unique Physiology: Due to her inspirations of Japanese animation styles she has a very unique body shape.
- Superhuman Strength: American Chibi tears through concrete, destroys robots and slams into mystical doors loud enough to create shock waves.
- Superhuman Speed: American Chibi can travel fast enough to out pace cars and plane easily, disrupt technology but tearing it to pieces and reach far away distances in only a few seconds.
- Superhuman Durability: American Chibi doesn't seem to take much, if any, damage when she's attacked. She even begins to state her durability before she interrupts herself.
- Flight: American Chibi has flown up to the surface of the street straight from the subway and then high above the skyscrapers to battle robots and aliens.

- Rumors of her origin are given by a mentally ill man called the Broken Man and thus are subject to question.
