Starbright is a superhero living in Connecticut who later operated in Astro City. Created by Kurt Busiek, Brent Anderson, and Alex Ross, Starbright first appeared in Vertigo's Astro City publication Astro City (Volume 3) #16 in 2014. There are two different versions of this character, the original and his successor. The original Starbright was Chet Markham, a heroic young man from Connecticut. His successor, Simon Siezmanski, used to be known as the villain Simon Says but realized the error of her ways and with help changed not only her situation but herself as well.
